Nintendo Switch Lite, the Cheaper Version of Nintendo Switch

Nintendo, a game company based in Japan, just released their new console that is Nintendo Switch Lite. This is the cheaper version of the original console game Nintendo Switch.

The General Producer Nintendo Switch, Yoshiaki Koizumi said that this console was specially made to be played handheld. It means you can play the console in your hand so you don’t have to connect it to television.

According to Koizumi that there are some differences from the Switch original. It was named Lite because this Switch feature and specification was less than the original. The other downside to this console is that the joystick cannot be detached from the console. So if you want to play multiplayer, you have to buy another Switch joystick.

Nintendo Switch Lite Feature

The weight of Nintendo Switch Lite will be lighter than the original Switch, so you can bring it with you anywhere and play comfortably. This console have 5.5 inch screen, it was smaller than the original that have 6.2 inch screen. The other feature like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC is still available in this console.

Nintendo Switch Lite also comes with three variant color, which is yellow, gray, and green. Other than the three variant color this console also come with special edition that named “Zacian and Zamazenta Edition”.

As you can see from the name, this special edition of Nintendo Switch Lite is Pokémon special edition. This Pokémon special edition will have the legendary Pokémon Zacian and Zamazenta displayed in the back of the console.

This legendary Pokémon only displayed as a sketch so the switch still looks clean and slick. Usually, this kind of special version will be sold at a higher price than the regular version. But Nintendo surprised their fans because they sell this special edition the same as the three variant color.

This new console, Nintendo Switch Lite will be sold at $199 (Rp 2.800.000). You can buy this console on September 20, 2019. Compared to the original Switch that priced at $300, this Lite version was a lot cheaper.
