Jakarta, Gizmologi – Today, Twitter’s trending topic is enlivened with the hashtag #GoPaydiNetflix. Finally, Indonesian Netflix users are said to be able to pay for subscription packages via the GoPay digital wallet.

Because so far, Netflix customers can only pay bills through credit or debit card services. This payment option through GoPay has also been tested by Netflix Indonesia, in June 2021.

“What are you paying for using GoPay hehe I’m happy #GoPaydiNetflix,” commented a netizen with the hashtag #GoPaydiNetflix, Tuesday (31/8/2021).

Even so, not all netizens get a payment option through GoPay. Even quoted from a blog post Gojek, they made a promotional video with a threatening tone in the style of the Money Heist series.

“It said GoPay can pay for everything, such as shopping, bills, buying credit to top up games and entertainment streaming applications, from Viu, WeTV, iQiYi, Vidio, Disney+ Hotstar, Online Cinema. BUT WHY CAN’T YOU PAY ON NETFLIX?”

“For GoPay, see our demands in the video below! Your time is only 3×24 hours, GoPay Indonesia. If you don’t, you’ll know the consequences!”

The Netflix application can be downloaded via the Google Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS) and can be accessed via mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and TVs. For more information about subscribing, please visit this link.
