Telkomsel continued to expanding the reach of 4G LTE service aggressively to the variety region including a tourist destination and the state border. Now of 4G LTE Telkomsel has been present in the whole of the capital city districts (IKK) Telkomsel Sumatra Area, which numbered as many as 154 of capital city districts, including the Ranai in the Natuna Islands, which directly borders with neighboring countries.
President director of Telkomsel, Ririek Adriansyah during the inauguration of the 4G LTE network of Telkomsel Sumatra Area in Kalianda, South Lampung Regency (3/17), said this is the commitment as a company belonging to the nation which continues to expand the coverage of 4G services for the present serve the country up to the corner including the outer islands in Indonesia, not only in the Java Island.

Even Telkomsel subscribers in the Area of Sumatra in communicating supported more than 28,000 BTS, where half of it is BTS broadband (3G and 4G). 4G LTE service supported a network of more than 2,000 eNode B.
Currently, Telkomsel has served more than 48 million customers in the Area of Sumatra, where 23 million of whom are users of the service data.
